Contact

Any questions or problems regarding the site, products & orders, however trivial, then please don't hesitate to get in touch.

We can be contacted by email by using the contact form. We check our mail several times a day, so we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Payment

Payment options at Pink and Boo, are shortly going to be expanded, making us more accessible to all of our customers.

New payment options will include 'Nochex', 'Pay Pal' & 'Pay Offline'. 'Pay offline' allows you to pay by cash or card, via a local outlet, such as a post office or local shop which has a 'paypoint'.

We currently take payments via Paypal, Nochex (no account needed for either), & cheque.

If you really want to pay by cheque, (not available for overseas orders), then this is now an option. However, please remember that we can not despatch goods until your cheque clears.

On instances of local pick up, then cash on collection, if prefered, is fine.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please contact us for postage costs outside of Europe. We can not be held accountable for any custom charges you may receive.

Basic shipping costs to the UK are free.

New improved shipping costs to non UK countries, coming soon. Standard worldwide shipping is currently free until end of Feb 2010. We try and ship all items the next working day, by the most appropriate postal service.

We will ship on the same day, providing that we receive cleared payment before 11.30am Mon-Fri, & that you ask before or at time of purchase for same day shipping.

For urgent deliveries we offer special delivery or courier equivalent, see prices & select 'special / priority delivery' at checkout. For special / prority delivery services, we must receive cleared payment by 11.30am. Urgent orders may also be collected in person without extra charge.

Returns

Returns are accepted, providing we are contacted in advance & that goods are returned in their original packaging in an unused state within 7 days.

On receipt of goods, returned in the appropriate conditon, a full refund will be issued. Buyers are responsible for the return postage.
